A 2-year-old B2B SaaS startup providing HR automation software to mid-size companies had 10 paying clients, positive NPS, and a product roadmap funded by revenue. What they did not have: a brand, a website that reflected the product quality, or a LinkedIn presence that made them findable by procurement teams. Every new client came from the founder's personal network — slow and not scalable. They were about to start enterprise sales conversations and needed to look the part.
Yunicon's Signature Branding package + Premium Website package, delivered concurrently over 60 days. The brief was specific: look like a company that enterprise buyers can trust. Not a startup aesthetic — no neon, no gradients, no "disruption" language. Clean, confident, data-led. The brand needed to signal reliability, precision, and scale — because those are the values that matter in HR software procurement.
Competitor visual audit, positioning statement, brand voice, target buyer persona. Written brief signed off before any design begins.
3 logo concepts presented. Client chose direction 2. Full identity system built: logo suite, colour system, typography, iconography.
8-page website: Home, Product, Features, Pricing, Case Studies, About, Blog, Contact. Built in Next.js. Sub-2-second load time. CMS for blog.
Company page set up, 30-day content calendar created, first 12 posts published. Founder's personal profile optimised for enterprise buyers.
Brand launch announcement across LinkedIn, email to existing client base, press release sent to 3 startup media outlets.
The original company name was generic and hard to remember. Yunicon recommended a name refinement exercise — not a full rename, but a cleaner, more memorable shortform that worked across digital platforms. The refined name cleared trademark checks, had an available .in domain, and had a natural pronunciation in both English and Hindi. A 3-day decision that transformed how the brand presented in every context thereafter.
Within 30 days of the brand launch: 3 inbound enterprise enquiries from companies with 200+ employees — all via LinkedIn. 1,200 LinkedIn followers on the company page from zero. The founder closed one of the three enterprise deals within 60 days — at a contract value of ₹4.8 lakh annually. No paid ads. No outbound sales calls. The brand did the work.
Before Yunicon, I would hesitate to send prospects to our website. Now I lead every conversation by sending the link. Three enterprise deals in the pipeline in the first month — from a brand that did not exist 60 days ago.
